    Consumer classes, styles, and data attributes may extend the surface, but required roles, IDs, relationships, and handlers remain owned by the component.

    Keyboard

    • Tab reaches decrement, input, and increment controls.
    • The input retains native Arrow Up/Down and editing behavior.
    • Enter/Space activate step buttons, which clamp to min/max and return focus to the input.
