    Anatomy

    Renders role=toolbar with a required accessible label; each item remains a native button or anchor.

    Consumer classes, styles, and data attributes may extend the surface, but required roles, IDs, relationships, and handlers remain owned by the component.

    Keyboard

    • Tab enters at the current toolbar item.
    • Arrow keys move by orientation and writing direction and wrap.
    • Home/End move to the first/last enabled item.
    • Enter/Space activate buttons; Enter follows links.
